These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Professional Profits Ltd.
Agreement to Terms
By purchasing access to, or participating in, the Professional Profits mentorship programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase or use our services. These terms apply to all customers regardless of how they accessed the website or completed their purchase.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the programme following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The Programme
Professional Profits is a structured trading mentorship programme delivered primarily through Discord and Zoom. It is designed to educate members on trading strategies, risk management, and prop firm evaluation processes.
The programme includes, but is not limited to:
- A gated floor curriculum (Floor 1, Floor 2, Floor 3) delivered via Discord
- Three proprietary trading strategies: Monkey Run, Cookie Play, and Shark Attack
- Daily live trading sessions and weekly Zoom breakdown calls
- 1-to-1 access and personal Floor Review Call with the mentor
- PP Custom Indicators for TradingView
- Lifetime access to all programme materials upon purchase
Important: Professional Profits provides trading education and mentorship only. We do not provide regulated financial advice, manage client funds, or guarantee trading profits. All trading involves risk. Past results of the mentor or members do not guarantee future performance.
Programme content, structure, and delivery methods may be updated or improved at any time at our discretion. Such changes do not constitute a material change to the service purchased.
Access & Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the Professional Profits Discord server and all associated programme materials. Access is typically granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Access is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, Discord access, or programme materials with any third party.
Lifetime access means access for as long as Professional Profits Ltd continues to operate the programme. In the event that the programme is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice to active members.
We are not responsible for any technical issues arising from third-party platforms including Discord, Zoom, or TradingView that may temporarily affect your access.
Payment
Professional Profits is offered at the following price points:
- Pay in Full: £1,888 one-time payment, processed via Stripe
- Pay It Monthly: £188/month over 12 months (total £2,256), processed via Pay It Monthly — UK customers only
All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers. Professional Profits Ltd does not store card details.
For monthly payment plans, you authorise the collection of the agreed monthly amount on the same date each month for the full term of the agreement. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). If purchasing from outside the UK, your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. Professional Profits Ltd is not responsible for such charges.
Refund Policy
No Refund Policy: Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once access has been granted.
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing a digital service to which access is granted immediately upon payment
- Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your right to cancel within 14 days is waived upon commencement of the digital service, which begins at the point access is granted
- No refunds will be issued on the basis of personal circumstances, failure to engage with the programme, or dissatisfaction after access has been granted
- No refunds will be issued for monthly plan payments already collected

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law where a service has been materially mis-described.
Acceptable Use
By joining the Professional Profits community, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing, copying, reproducing, or distributing any programme materials, strategies, or content without written permission
- Selling, reselling, or commercially exploiting any element of the programme
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members or staff
- Spreading misinformation about programme content or results
- Using the community or its strategies for any unlawful purpose
- Sharing your Discord access or programme materials with any other person
Breach of these conduct rules may result in immediate removal from the programme without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content within the Professional Profits programme — including but not limited to trading strategies, indicators, video content, written materials, frameworks, and branding — is the sole intellectual property of Professional Profits Ltd.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the programme materials for your own private educational purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any kind.
Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
Disclaimer
Professional Profits Ltd provides trading education only. Nothing contained within this programme constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a regulated financial service.
Trading financial instruments including forex and futures carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all individuals. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Results shown by the mentor or programme members — including funded certificates, payouts, and profit figures — are individual results and are not typical. They are displayed for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee or projection of your own results.
Professional Profits Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for the provision of investment advice or financial services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Professional Profits Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any trading losses incurred as a result of applying strategies or knowledge from the programme
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity
- Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the programme
- Interruptions to service caused by third-party platforms (Discord, Zoom, TradingView, Stripe)
Our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for access to the programme.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Data & Privacy
Professional Profits Ltd collects and processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We collect only the information necessary to provide the service and process your payment. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data may be shared with payment processors (Stripe, Pay It Monthly) solely for the purpose of processing your transaction.

Termination
Professional Profits Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the programme at any time, without notice, if you are found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of termination due to a breach on your part, no refund will be issued for any amounts paid.
If you are on a monthly payment plan at the time of termination due to your breach, any outstanding balance may remain due and payable.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
